Where do I start? We got there and there was one other table of two eating. Took over 5 minutes for a server to come by despite 5 or 6 staff sitting at tables on their phones. I asked for iced tea and sweet n low. She brought me Splenda. Ok so they don’t have sweet n low. Nope. Wife went to restroom and brought me some from the bar. Coarse chips and warm salsa came out on an uncoated Wooden platter with two huge cracks. More on that later. Neither were great. Salsa was spicy but bland if that makes any sense. We ordered. Menu is strange. 10 tacos is the same price as 5 tacos. 3 tacos is 15. 4 is 18, but if you are a fatarse and need 5, it jumps up another 5 bucks. The fifth taco costs almost 200% more than the fourth taco? We asked for the side of potato’s because that sounded good. She asked us what kind we wanted. I asked what kinds they had. She said just creamy potatoes as the menu said? I said okay sounds good. When she brought them they were little chunks of deep fried potatoes? How are they creamy potatoes? I had also ordered an agua fresca. Love them. Instead she brought me some kind of mango soft drink? I ordered the skirt steak medium rare. I was brought the toughest, driest, most well done shoe leather I have ever had. Skirt steak? And not seasoned to boot. Not even salt. my wife’s trompo tacos were super dry and had no seasoning. Definitely not cut off a spit any time in the last week. Refried beans were bland. The rice was just steamed rice - but probably the best thing - actually really the only thing - I ate. By the way, every interaction with the server took forever. You would think with six idle staff they would be checking one of the two tables frequently. Nope. Water, drinks, ordering, paying, whatever it was took forever. Back to the chips and salsa on the old cracked wooden platter. You cannot clean it. My last present was a very bad case of diarhea before I could even leave the restaurant. This was the worst dining experience I can remember. Run away. Bad food, bad service, and not clean.

For my first experience here, I'd have to say it was awful. I understand the restaurant was slammed do to the Christmas celebration but how do you get chips/salsa and soup wrong? When I went in, the lady at the door started out pretty nice. She handed me and my sister a menu and allowed us to look at it to decide what we wanted our to-go order to be. We agreed on Tortilla soup and of course chips and salsa which that alone was $27 ok not really a big deal at first. My sister then asked how long the wait was for the food, we were told about 20 to 25 mins. So we sat and waited. About 35 - 40 mins go by, so I walked over to the lady to ask about my order, she then proceeded to tell me they were still working on my order... At this point my sister and I are a little upset because how does it take that long for Tortilla soup/chips & salsa + we were planning on seeing the drone show but we sat back down anyways. Another 15 mins go by, at this time my sister stated she was going to go take my 1 yr old niece up to the drone show and for me to meet them there when I received the food. So I am still waiting, about 10 mins later I walk back in and asked another waiter if I could just stay seated inside of the restaurant instead of sitting at the entrance. Finally after 5 mins the lady that took my order sees me and yells out where is the soup! 5 more mins and she comes to me with 2 large bags, no apology for the delay or inconvenience of waiting over an hr for soup. When I get to the car to check out the food, to my disappointment I find a large plastic container only half filled with soup not even all the way full/no chicken, vegetables, tortilla strips or beans, it was like blended up baby food!!!! and the chips were old/stale! The only decent thing was their salsa are you kidding me for $27 I could have received more and better food for that much. We will never be coming back here again, this restaurant should be ashamed to even put authentic mexican food in the name. Very disappointing. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Definitely do not waste your time or money!

The atmosphere was decent, but that’s where the positives end. I ordered the Ribeye Steak and The Reserve Specials, and both dishes were very disappointing. The food quality was far below expectations. I’ve had significantly better meals at casual taco spots. Service was also lacking; our waitress was not attentive, and the food took a long time to arrive. When it finally did, the dishes were already cold. Only recommend for my worst enemy.

Service has been super slow every time we have visited. The atmosphere is nice- especially with the patio. Food is average. It’s an option if you have the time and aren’t too hungry to wait for food.

Four people got charged 20% gratuity. Drink order took too long, food came out at an ok time. Server was very forgetful and forgot the 2 sodas and it took longer to get them. Had to ask for things 2 to 3 times. Lastly ordered coffee and dessert. It took about 15 to 20 minutes then the server came out and said they didnt have coffee so I just canceled the desert. I didnt think they charged gratuity for 4 people so I gave that server a tip. I wouldn't haven't gave anything if I new the forgetful slow server had already added her tip on the check. Bad experience will not be going back, hopefully someone else has a better experience than I did.
