Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- LMLos MoneyOct 19, 20251.0Manager Laura was on personal cellphone throughout the entire ordering process and visit was seen texting and handling food without washing hands or sanitizing was also seen with most of staff in grill area watching videos or something because mobile device was out and they where seen all looking and delaying food orders from the distraction, also sending out incomplete orders when approached the counter to correct my order the manager & staff was seen in the back laughing and distracted as the front clerk was rushing & addressing them that they were unprofessional and shouldn't take that long to correct the situation when asked to cancel my order because on how long and unprofessional Manager & staff where with non sanitary acts (cell phone, no gloves, cross contamination) possible health code violations and get a refund the manager stated I couldn't cancel and to contact the Gm but didn't give a name she seemed bothered and upset very unprofessional. Very disappointed
