Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Asked to pull up after paying at the window, which is no problem. Employee brings my order and walks away immediately before I can check the order. Need to add I went through the drive thru because I am handicapped and have to walk with a cane, getting in and out of the car is difficult for me and takes a lot of time. When looking through my order no ketchup no plastic ware. I did have the mustard. I make my way out of my car and walk inside and notice an employee at one of the tables, I'm pretty sure it was the District manager because he was wearing what I would call an upper management shirt. Told him what happened and I told him I did not receive the ketchup or plastic ware. He apologized and asked spicy or regular ketchup and I said regular. He gave me the items in a bag and even threw in an apple pie which was very nice of him. I get to my hotel room and pulled everything out and the District manager gave me spicy ketchup instead of regular 😑. Very disappointing and ended up not eating my fries because I really enjoy ketchup with my fries. Looking at my receipt it even shows plastic ware, mustard and regular ketchup on my order. Need to slow down and pay attention to details on customers orders. After experiencing the District manager still giving me the wrong ketchup I understand why this store doesn't pay attention to details on an order, it is leader led behavior. Have to do better.
