So much for fast food... It took 25 min to get my food and it was still wrong. They had about 4 other customers waiting in the side lanes.

At 8:50 am this morning I got a hot cake breakfast with an orange juice. I drove up to the window & the guy shoved the food out the window and closed it & didn’t really say anything at all. He then shoved the orange juice out the window and then realized I was the same person and says “wait, that’s not yours, give it back.” I said “no I’m not giving it back I paid for it.” Then, he's like “well I don’t have it on the screen so you didn’t buy it”. “Yes I did, not giving it back. Go ahead and check.” “It’s not on there will you just give me the juice?” “No I’m not giving it back.” This is a seriously unprofessional conversation. He asked for my receipt and realized it wasn’t the same order number and said “give the food back.” I gave the food back and he gave me my proper order without apologizing or saying anything at all. I know mistakes are made and I usually let things slide but the attitude over something simple is what got me heated. Lowkey acting like I’m stealing when you messed up is insane. Can’t cut it sending out orders at McDonald’s, life is going to be hard for you.
