Now let me start with the fact that I have worked in the service industry for quite some time now, easily over a decade. So I know that something like this can only happen through grave carelessness. A large strip of plastic? In a burger? How?? I’m bummed, not just because I was hungry and couldn’t eat it after that, but because how can I go back to this location? It’s the closest to me but not worth it if the service is this. See pictures for reference but I recorded the plastic reveal which turned out to be A LOT bigger than I first imagined when I saw it sticking out of my burger, hence the heavy use of the word CARELESSNESS. Because how???

I went through the drive through to complain, manager said we just went looking for you and you were not there, of course not, I’m at the window complaining about the 20 minute wait!
