  You know why people work at McDonald cause they Dont know how to listen and are lazy. Next time make my food right and give me my order correctly. The business should make this right and get me another order. How disappointing.

  Yesterday I visited McDonald’s - 901 N Resler Dr through the drive-thru, and without exaggeration, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The person who assisted me was the manager, Carolina, and her attitude was completely unacceptable. First, I was overcharged. When I reached the window, she threw the food at me, shut the window in my face, and acted rude and arrogant. The order was wrong, so I had to come back, get out of my car, and go inside the restaurant. I asked her, at the very least, for an apology for the mistake and the way I was treated, which she never gave. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she became confrontational, which is absolutely inappropriate for someone in a leadership position. Fortunately, another employee (a young man, very polite and helpful) tried to resolve the situation and showed far more professionalism than his own manager. In the end, Carolina only returned to issue a full refund, without apologizing or acknowledging the mistake. To make matters worse, the food was poorly prepared — the fries were burnt. It is extremely disappointing to see someone who is supposed to lead by example display such poor customer service and leadership. If this is how she treats customers, I can only imagine how she treats her staff. I will not be returning to this McDonald’s, and I strongly recommend that regional management seriously review who is in charge of this location.

  Can be a super busy location due to the high school. Often times they forget the sauce for chicken nuggets, staff is to bust to really provide decent service, they do well at keeping it pretty clean though considering how busy it gets. Playground is decent and interactive. Food is fresh much of the time.

  Restaurant reflects poor management, every time I go always have an issue from wrong or missing food to poor customer service and slowest speed of service, only reason I keep going back is because I live near the restaurant, but from now on I will drive to the Mesa restaurant, hopefully will get better quality of service
