  ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!! If I could give a big fat ZERO, this is the location that deserves it!! Ordered through app, and still took about 10 minutes before I was able to actually head out to pick up the order. First one at the drive thru speaker, with another car on the other speaker, and 3 cars ahead. Waited a minute, gave the young man my code, then proceeded behind the car at the first window (closest to drive thru speakers). Waited almost 5 minutes get to the window only for the young man to confirm my name, and proceed to pick up window but line was at a stand still-where I waited at his window almost another 5 minutes. Moved again-1 car behind pick up window and waited a few minutes. Finally arrived to pick window, was given my beverage and told to park at space 3 (Mobile Order) where I waited NEARLY 20 MINUTES FOR 3 ITEMS!! There were 2 cars in space 1 & 2 when I parked. They received there orders within the first 5-10 minutes. I got out of my car and unloaded my 4 yr old to walk into the restaurant to see what the hold up was, no employees in sight. No more employees at the counter. All hidden in the back. The other young walked with a tray with bags of orders and stops at the drive up window, where I stopped him and asked for my order and there he had my order. Kind you, i live approximately 2 minutes away-5 minutes if there is heavy traffic. I arrive home and the order is COLD AS ICE! They need to get it together.

  I paid about $11 for a steak breakfast bagel didn’t even come with the steak. All I got what egg and bacon What’s the point of purchasing something if I’m not gonna get what I paid for….. what a waste of money

  They are so slow , their drive thru orders are always so slow , you can see the cars leaving drive thru after almost 10 min waiting in line and no a single car moved forward since .

  This has got to be the worst McDonald's in El Paso. Awful, slow service, filthy tables, dirty floors. Even when it's empty, it can take up to 20 minutes for my order to be ready. The food is the only thing that I have no qualms about.

  I’m writing to complain about how slow this McDonald’s location always is. No matter what time of day or how many people are in line, it takes an exceptionally long time to get any order even when placed ahead of time through the mobile app. The whole point of ordering on the app is to save time, but this location seems to take even longer than ordering in person/drivethru. Every visit feels like the staff doesn’t care about efficiency or customer service. Orders are delayed, communication is poor, and the food isn’t ready when promised. It’s frustrating that something as simple as picking up a meal turns into a long, unpleasant wait every single time. This location seriously needs management attention, better training, and accountability if it wants to keep customers coming back.
