    By far the worst MCDs! Placed an order on the mobile app. I get to the parking and waited over 20mins for my order…just for it to be cold. They were not busy. I’m done with this MCDs. This has not been an isolated incident. I have had this happen two other times. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I rather drive the extra 5 minutes to go to the mcds inside Walmart. Better customer service and at least my food is warm.

    I don’t know why so many people are upset, but each time I’ve come here (morning drive thru)I’ve had a positive experience. This is the most pleasant McDonald’s with kind staff, and I’ve visited several all over town!

    2 of 4 self-service terminals not working. Terminals confusing and referenced non-existing table tents. Food for eating on-premise was lukewarm to cold. Double green chile cheeseburger was a disappointing husk compared to the poster and had maybe a teaspoon of minced chile. Trash bins were overflowing. Overall a lifeless and soul-sucking experience.

    I like to stop at McDonald's for a coffee and or breakfast. I stopped by today and the food was good, but my coffee had a nasty surprise for me. I had drank most of my coffee and had about a quart of it left. I started driving and took a drink and started choking on coffee grounds. I spit it out back into the cup and sprayed myself with coffee and coffee grounds onto my sweater. I pulled over and had to rinse out my mouth of all the grit from the grounds. Horrible experience drinking and choking on those coffee grounds.

    I'm only giving it a 2 because ONE time out of the 3 times I went the Big Mac was on point. The other 2 times I was told to wait in the reserved parking spot and the mcdouble and fries seemed like they had been sitting all day the bun was stale and the fries were soggy and gross.
