You really can't expect too much from these people. This is an Absolute No Customer Service Environment, and one must understand that before you breech their threshold.
I only patronize this place because my wife likes it, for some reason that is unknown to me.
If you go here:
1. Somehow get them to take your order.
2. ...you're gonna wait. These people don't care about your time, nor the product that they eventually yeild.
3. Audit whatever they give you!
4. Identify their inefficiencies, and explain what you need them to do.
5. Re-Audit whatever they give you, Again.
6. If they get it right, be thankful and simply leave.
They are the definition of modern day American fast food.

I stood at the front counter for 15 minutes without anyone actually acknowledging my existence. Every single employee on the clock looked at me at least twice, and 3 of them walked by me... Never said a word to me.
Finally, I asked if anyone was working the front counter. The girl seemed annoyed with me, and took my order very rudely.
I will NEVER come to this location again. EVER.
Edit: I waited another 10 minutes just to get 2 large cups of sweet tea. Finally, Brian helped me. Got to the car, and took a drink to learn it was pure sugar. Took them back inside, to realize that the lobby fountain machine was only giving carbonated water, then Brian very nicely got me new drinks. He deserves a raise. Everyone else should be fired or take classes.

These guys always messes up my orders and even for got to give me the other 10pc mcnuggets when I ordered a 20pc. I recommend going to another McDonald's these guys are always slacking.

Dont call it a drove through if yall cant handle taking an order and making food in an orderly manner. No reason why every single car should have to park because this place cant get it together. If I wanted to sit and wait I would of went inside, do better.

Used to be my face mcds location but the last like 5 times straight the quality is horrible. I have to get food remade or it goes to the trash. But other mcds I don't have this issue with so it's literally this location with low standards.
Spoke to manager Zoey and while she was friendly and had my order remade for free, the same issues occured
My fries I asked for extra salt still didn't have extra salt, my sandwiches still didn't have any mustard at all when I asked for extra mustard. Still crappy customer service from the employees
