While placing my order at the digital screen, a young blond man approached me asking for money, and I noticed he had a machete on his waist. I immediately informed the on-duty supervisor, who acted quickly by asking the individual to leave and calling the police. The young man realized that I was the one who reported him and began shouting, which made me very concerned for my safety and that of my children. Fortunately, the police arrived within a few minutes, and the situation was resolved. I appreciate the supervisor’s prompt response, but I believe it is important to strengthen attention and vigilance regarding who enters the restaurant, especially when families with children are present, to ensure a safe environment for all customers.
