  This place is horrible. The service sucks, the fries are always undercooked and the wait times are preposterous!! Aren't there any adults working here?

  If you enjoy missing items, wrong food, and pure frustration, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. Out of all the McDonald’s locations on the east side, this one is hands down the worst. Not “once in a while” bad — every single time bad. We ordered food with three drinks. They forgot one drink entirely, gave us no straws, and somehow every drink came out with zero ice. How do you mess up drinks that badly? Then the food: McChickens with no mayo and no lettuce. One of them literally had two bottom buns — not even a joke. And of course, no sauces again. They always forget the sauces. Always. At this point, I genuinely want to know who is hiring and training people at this location, because the level of incompetence is actually impressive. It’s like they’re competing to see how badly they can mess up a simple order. The only reason anyone still goes here is because it’s cheap and convenient — and somehow they still manage to screw it up every single visit. You’d think they’d accidentally get something right once, but no. They constantly find new ways to surprise us with how terrible the service is.

  This is our nearest McDonald’s, but it consistently disappoints us. The wait is always long, the orders are often incorrect, music is blasting in restaurant and the food is consistently subpar. I’m not sure if management has addressed these issues with their staff, but the negative reviews on Google paint a clear picture. This location desperately needs more training, and management must take immediate action to improve the overall experience!

  I come to this place regularly. I don't know who the night crew person is, but I have dealt with her twice now and she is very rude. Hands your order to you and walks away. I never get a receipt from her. I use to work for McDonald's and I know this is NOT how things are done. Burgers were fine and the fries, whike fresh, were over salted. Literally a salt crust. I dont think I'll be going back late nights any more. During the day there is a pretty long wait and drive thru is pretty slow. I know they have to be serving off the times to keep them looking good or the standards have changed.

  This location is slow and full of incompetent people. Took over 30 min for me to get my simple mcchicken value meal. They had me go wait at a stall because food wasn't ready. Everyone had recieved their food ahead and after me. Went inside they told me to check my car because they had already given me my food. That pissed me off. Why the hell would I be asking for my food. They asked for my receipt I gave it to them then they lost it. Took another 10 min for them to figure out. Horrible service. Manager wasn't helpful. Full of incompetent people.
