    Honestly I’ve had nothing but bad experiences when it comes to ordering through the app. I completely understand you have maintenance going on , but if you’re going to close have your app and other online services reflect that. This is the 3rd time the app & online saying they’re open , I order & get charged only to show up and they’re closed for maintenance ??

    I've been a regular customer at this McDonalds for years. I visit at least three times a day because I really like Mcdonalds.The service has always been good there until tonight. Tonight I had the displeasure of meeting the rudest person I've ever seen work there. She said the restaurant was closed after we already made an online order. It was 9pm, She served us a tea that was nothing but water and what appeared to be fryer grease. It tastes like french fries. When asked why they were closed she said we doing matinance and slammed the window in our face and walked away. I don't who that tub of lard is but if she's your manager she should be fired immediately. To the owner of this facility, you should contact me immediately so we can speak. I don't know what's in this cup but it's not the tea I paid for. You've lost a long time customer.

    sooo basically I went through drive thru and they forgot my nuggets and my buffalo , I ordered a quarter pounder with Mac sauce and a six piece with the buffalo, basically we can’t read huh, that’s just depressing damn 💀
