  (I have done the feedback so please don’t tell me to go into the link because I’ve already done that get me a real response.)The manager at 11:30 pm in JAN 3 was being rude and threw our receipt at us to me and my friends just because we were trying to get his attention by knocking on the window at drive thru I got out the car to ask him about it, he started calling the cops I need the GM to do something about him because there’s no way there’s a manager acting like a little kid especially a McDonald’s worker I guess he’s sad. I’m an 18 year old. LOL

  i been in this line for 30 min bro, this is a common occurrence here no matter what day or time!!! i finally got to the window!! my total was 27 something i had the dude $30 and he took 6 minutes counting the charge. I'm sorry i hate to be that guy but come on? and to make it better he slammed the money into my hand, he's lucky im in a festive mood lol update #3, it's been an hour of sitting here rotting. the dudes working inside seem to be chatting which i understand! but lock in! right now its time to get ur drive through cleared but also it really seems they don't have enough ppl scheduled right now.

  I went thru the drive thru around 2:30p, no cars in either lane. No one greeted in the 1st lane for a few mins. I thought maybe it wasn't working, so i backed up & went to the other lane, i sat there for a few more mins & no one greeted, I even talked into the speaker & still no answer. I decided to go in & i notice a handful of people inside sitting & no one at the counter. (Employees or customers) I noticed the manager & other employees just standing & looking at screens & not a single person checking the counter or noticed me standing there. An employee happened to walk by & i asked if anyone was working the drive thru or the counter, she said sorry & at that point a person finally came to the counter. She just asked what is your order? No hello, no apology, no personality just what is your order? Unbelievable the lack of any courtesy, professionalism & work ethic. The manager could care less of what happened. Do better!!
