Today I ordered some food, and went to the store to pick it up. Ended up having to go in as the app wouldn’t allow me to do curbside check in. Not one single worker came out to see what was needed. There were many people in the restaurant waiting for food as well as the drive through line extending all the way through the parking lot. When I finally walked up to the counter and leaned over, someone thought to ask me what I needed. Gave them my order number and was handed my food. Got in the car and all the food was cold. How is it possible with that many customers that my food was cold?? I’m not going back and waiting in that line again. This is a consistent issue they need to address.
