    Service was phenomenal. Food was warm and accounted for. My only -1 in atmosphere would be, if management needs to talk to an employee, do it away from customer view, as I saw a manager talk to her employee. If you guys need coverage on weekends I can send my resume.

    1530: The service here is being poor. The staff ignores the front counter that is lined with elderly who do not use the kiosk. After being called upon, they respond with “be with you shortly”, and still delay taking your order. The “manager” was a young man in a dark shirt who rudely demanded I move to the kiosk I was “supposed to be using”. He was visibly mad and annoyed as I tried to speak to him about fresh coffee, which they did not provide. He quickly punched in the order at the kiosk and walked away, back to the counter. From there he shouted a number at me as I was still at the kiosk where he left me. His customer service was atrocious and I was infuriated. Mc Donald’s staff do not have any manners much less any customer service skills. You should all be ashamed!

    Bathrooms nice, and clean, nothing nasty on the walls and it smells good like flowers. Every time I come windows are nice and clean. And it's nice and clean, no trash I can see on the floor outside. Good job 👌
