seriously disappointed with the service at this mcdonald's. i waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru just to pick up an order i had already placed thru the app. when i went in to speak to an employee, i had told him what was going on and showed him my order on my phone he then grabbed my phone pressed something and for some reason after that said my order was cancelled. i told him why didn't they inform me when i was speaking to the drive thru employee. he then just walked away. another employee came to speak to me and showed me a receipt with my order on it and she told me just to give them a few. i then had to wait another 20 minutes to receive my order and it was still wrong. honestly just very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service.

This McDonalds is the worst. They are incredibly slow, and CONSISTENTLY forget items I order. I have just made an announcement to my entire household that I will never again pick up food from this location; I'm missing half my friggin order! I know their staff doesn't get paid well, but for goodness sakes.

So on November 25th 4pm, I went to this location just for M fry. Well they took over 40 mins to bring the fry to my car.
A woman who was in curbside 6 went in as we had been waiting. She came out upset and followed behind her was “Naveah” who works here.
As soon as she got to the car, I asked her if I could speak with the manager. She asked me “do you want your food? Because you’re complaining” She also was spitting curse words. So I followed in behind her UPSET and by the time I got in there she was back behind the counter. Laughing with her crew mates.
I spoke with the manager Adrian who didn’t provide me the regional or district mangers name. He did provide me a number to corporate. I wouldn’t eat at this location. Unless you want to pay for anal service. She also was acting belligerent in front of my daughter who I had no problem protecting. She should find her something safe to do.
