I am very disappointed that this management does not provide the same service to customers that ordered through a third party like uber eats . We are customers as well even if we are not there in person. My order took 40 min for the driver to receive my food from the moment they printed my ticket order. My ticket was printed at 3:41 the driver arrived at 3:50 and they didn’t give them my food until 4:20. The driver expressed to me how they were prioritizing drive thru orders while I was messaging her about where was my order since on the app it showed latest delivery should have been 4:07pm. I didn’t receive it until 4:25pm.

El peor Mc donalds que existe en El Paso Tx, te tardan de 20 a 30 minutos en entregarte tu orden y siempre faltan artículos hoy en mi orden inclui un happy meal y un ice cream cone pues me entregaron el happy meal y me dijeron que pasara a la siguiente ventanilla para entregarme el cono de nieve me hicieron esperar 10 minutos mas y nunca me lo entregaron me tuve que bajar por el cono y llegando a la casa abro el happy meal que se supone era de 6 chicken Mc nuggets y solo tenia 2 que horror necesitan cambiar los lideres que supervisan este lugar

What’s up with the attitude from staff here? No manners whatsoever everytime I come here, yet they expect you to fill out a survey lol. Everytime I come here I am told to pull up to one of the numbers, which I don’t mind, I know they can get busy. When my food finally came out, the employee handed it to me with attitude and when I said “Thank you” just turns around and leaves. Then I get home, turns out stuff is missing.

Please do not order from this location! I placed a mobile order for curbside pick up at 5:45pm and didn't get my food until 6:30pm. I know that they are always busy but its ridiculous. I got off my car, that was parked on curbside pick up, and when I walked inside, there was about 10 people waiting inside to get thier order. The employees were non chanlont about it. No sense of urgency. Im standing there and one of the employees called out "order for curbside 5". Found that a little odd becuase curbside means they are supposed to take it out to you, unless thats thier tactic; make you wait a while so you get off and pick up your order inside. I went to get my order and she hand s me 2 bags with 2 cokes and starts to walk away. I ask her can for a cup holder and she nods her head, like whatever and hands it to me. I mean if she had a hard time carrying my order, come on have some common sense! One of the ladies that was waiting for her food said "I've been in here for 15 minutes and only 1 order has gone out." This McDonald's is so close to my house but id rather waste my time driving to a diffeent location than wait almost 1hr for my food. . Im never going back to this McDonald's.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this McDonald’s. I was the only customer waiting for my order, yet it still took an unreasonable amount of time to receive it. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened. My lunch break is short, and the delay means I often don’t even get to eat before I have to go back to work.
I also don’t appreciate being told to pull to the side to wait for my food, only for something to be missing from the order—or for them to forget it entirely. The staff show little urgency or care in resolving issues, and it feels like customer satisfaction just isn’t a priority. I really hope management addresses this and trains the team to value their customers’ time.
