Very unfriendly atmosphere. You have to ask for refills, a code to use the bathroom - and stood at the front for two mins before they could acknowledge my presence. Last time I come to this location.
This location is busy but that's no excuse for their total carelessness. Guaranteed your order will be wrong 100% of the time! Sometimes it will be something small, like missing nugget sauces or they didn't add the lettuce on a customized burger. Other times there will be missing items altogether or even a random item you didn't order. You have to basically check every item and even unwrap them to make sure. Also, grab napkins and ketchup, because they will never throw in a single one of either.

There are no words that can express the ill service, wait time, and rudeness at this location . As I read the reviews I am so taken back that this location is open. I experienced the awful service and lack of training from the individual taking the order to the lack of communication from tbe manager(s) and there were 3 managers working. All 3 unwilling to come to the front and discuss the issue. As the casher said " they are to busy to speak with you". I will make sure to never visit this McDonald's again.

I waited in stall #1 waiting for my food for a while! I'm not from the area, so I figured I'd stop for some food. It was around 2pm, as a fast food manager myself I understand that sometimes orders can take a tad bit longer- especially when youre understaffed. However, I waited for a total of 30-40 minutes in stall #1, nobody ever came out (despite another customer getting their food in the stall next to me), and I had to have my husband go in to get my food for me. After getting my food, I reach into the bag and my fries are not only barely lukewarm, but they're also soggy! My lemonade was watered down, and my big Mac was smashed. Again, I understand being understaffed, but I'd at least expect warm food. Furthermore, I call in around 2:50pm the same day reporting what happened, and naturally I asked for a refund because of the long wait time and the poor quality of my food (by this point I've already thrown away my food because why would I keep a smashed burger and soggy fries). The lady on the phone had a bit of an attitude (not a terrible attitude, but a bit passive aggressive), and wouldn't give me a refund despite reporting my long wait time along with the quality of my food and even stating that I have the receipt- stating that I would have to return the food in order to recieve the refund. I don't really mind since my order in total was $10, but giving back the food? That is a HUGE no! Any food you receive cannot be taken back because it can be considered a food safety violation; depending on the employee, they could possibly reuse said items for different orders. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the service I have received as a manager today, and I hope that the employees, managers, and cooks take this into account. Once again, I'm a fast food manager and I understand things happen, but if I'm going to be waiting in a stall for about 40 minutes, I'd expect my food to at minimum be hot and presentable. I would not recommend coming to this location.

Literally worst Mc Donald's ever.
I always give it a shot but every time it just gets me upset. They ALWAYS, literally always, mess up with my order. Mind you I don't order a lot of things, probably just a coffee and that's it. And they still manage to mess up with the order. Either wrong flavor, too strong coffee, or a completely different order. Not to mention they take the longest time for something that doesn't take too much time.
Not to mention they always get to mess up your Mc Donald's code rewards.
I've worked in costumer service too and it's not that hard, it really is not.
Gave it too many chances, but it's been like this for about 2 years minimum. I've been going to this location for the longest time and still, they manage to mess up. I've tried coming in during non rush hours in hope they would get it right but they also manage to mess up.
Please drive about 5 more minutes for the next location, this one it's not worth it at all
