Always something with this location. Either slow service, missing items or the quality and appearance of there sandwiches is like a 1st grader made it. But of course, you contact either the store or send an email to voice your concern and it’s brushed off or not response ever.

I had a very rude encounter/situation with the management. Staff members/ management roll eyes at costumers constantly. Food quality not that good. Had to wait more than 10 min for my food when it wasn't even full. Plus it was very unhygienic place, need cleaning and sanitation.

I just want to share about the great customer service experience I had here today. Omar Enriquez one of the managers was awesome. Omar had heard about a little mishap with my order. He was very concerned that the restaurant take care of my order. He was very prompt and very professional. The restaurant was very very busy. Yet Omar was taking care of every order plus correcting my order. Thank you Omar for your professionalism and your great customer service support. I will be recommending this McDonald's to my family and friends.

It's really not that hard to run a Mcdonalds. I'm from Wisconsin and have never experienced a Mcdonalds ever screw anything up in or make me pull to the side for a small order #8 and wait. But the real problem was when I got my Bacon Egg And Cheese Bagel it was drenched in the bagel sauce exclusive to the bagel which is not slam dunk. It only needs a small amount of bagel sauce!

What an awful, rude manager we encountered. After waiting 20 minutes at curbside pickup to get our food, we decided to go in and ask about our food. We were not rude in any way, yet the manager rolled her eyes and then threw our food on the counter and said it was waiting for us. How does that make sense? The point of curbside pickup is that you bring it to the car. I'm not expecting a McDonald's manager to provide the greatest customer service, but I wasn't expecting someone to be actively rude.
