I guess an hour and a half before closing no fresh food is put out so you literally end up with burning, dried up left overs. It is filthy too and run down. The steamed rice spoon looks like it's floating in sewage, with "fresh" water flowing from an old calcium deposit filled rubber tube ...and the floors have become more old decreed black tape than actual floor (that is what they have plastered all over).
