I called last Saturday about party packages, and the party coordinator wasn't there, okay totally understandable. The girl on the phone said she would take my information down and have the party packages emailed to me in 24 hours. Well, 24 hours came and went and nothing. I called again on Monday & Tuesday and was put on hold for 20+ plus minutes each time. Then on Friday, I finally got the party packages in my email. There is no option to submit a request on the website, or to even look at the packages. Needless to say, we will NOT be throwing the party here.

When an online food order wasn’t ready, she immediately took care of it and apologized even though it wasn’t her fault. She also helped with the theater doors and took the time to explain same-day perks like 30 minutes of free bowling or arcade games and even told us about the activities, like laser tag?!!!! We enjoyed the experience so much that we came back again earlier today to watch a movie so we could do the perks and honestly it was so much fun!.Olivia truly made our visits great and we would love to see her again

Didn't eat there so can't say anything about the food. My nephews had an awesome time there. They have laser tag, wall climbing and a high rope type of game. They played them all.

The person who was trying to resolve the issue was very kind; they refunded the money for all three lanes and offered us a free game of laser tag. The venue is very nice, and the staff is very friendly.

On one occasion I asked them about my order since it wasn’t at my seat and I was told I got there “too early”. On the second occasion my order wasn’t at my seat either, but I was told somebody should deliver it soon. 15 minutes passed, the movie had started and I still didn’t received anything. Another 10 minutes passed, so I decided to go ask them again and they told me they didn’t know what happened to my order. Turns out they hadn’t even started it. I never have this problem at any other movie theater, which is why it is disappointing to come here. 🥲
