And I’m very disappointed in the gamescape location that we have. Feels so empty, no life, no atmosphere. I got early screening tickets to wicked for good and I got dressed up with my wife following Cinemark a promotional post on Instagram and well we walk in and there’s no decor or photo ops , nor posters or cardboard cutouts to give or promo the movie. How saddening there’s a lot of employees walking around when during down time they could focus on the customer experience. I already emailed/ called corporate about the location lack of work ethic and participation. It’s the movie/ entertainment business it’s your job to promo. Hopefully things get better such a nice new build under poor management.

I’ve been here plenty of times and she’s always on top of things and treats customers really well. She definitely deserves some recognition. If you’re grabbing snacks or drinks, ask for Olivia!

And the lady at the front desk that dose bowling basically told they raised the prices because it's veterans day... anyway, service was awesome and food was great I recommend this place to anyone not on a holiday. The lady in the front desk was so nice and accommodating. And yes I was able to get the dollar bowling. Happy again.
