- MGMaria GalvanNov 1, 20251.0The employees did not greet the customers coming in. They never stopped doing what they were doing. There was a line of people waiting to be helped and wondering where their food was and after 20 minutes I asked the lady in front of me if she was being helped and she said no. Finally I went around the counter to ask the guy making the boxes if he can check in our pizzas and he said before even checking. “We are working on it” without even checking on it. It took me an hour to get my pizza that should’ve been done at 5:;45 pm and I left at 6:45pm. It’s ridiculous that your employees don’t have the skills and the customer service they need for their job. Everyone in line was frustrated and they will probably do a review as well. I hope.
