When the McDonalds app was not working correctly she blamed us and told us that we do not listen even though the issue was clearly with the app and not with us. Her attitude made the entire experience uncomfortable and disappointing. I am requesting that this matter be addressed so future customers do not have to deal with this kind of treatment.
