- AKA KJan 5, 20261.0I utilized the McDonald's app to get a delivery to my residence. Within my order, I had two large fries that I paid for. When I opened the sealed bag after it was delivered, there was barely enough fries in each container to meet the medium fries amount (and I mean barely). I was quite disappointed and contacted McDonald's corporate about the issue to just get the run-around from them that I had to contact DoorDash (since they use their service for delivery) and to take it up with them. I kept telling them this had nothing to do with DoorDash (the delivery service was perfect) and that my issue was with the store and the quantity of fries (I paid for 2 large fries...barely got 2 medium fries). Twice, I got the same reply from two different people at McDonald's to take it up with DoorDash. Let me say I am extremely disappointed with this store for taking my money like that and then McDonald's corporate for their poor response and run-around.
