I’m throwing this McDonald’s under the bus for one reason only: prices. $1 for an ice water was quite a surprise after we already ordered and paid for 4. Also some items I order often another locations were fully $1 more each, specifically the Quarter Pounder meat patties a la carte. We will pass on this location in the future.

Went here the other night got two baskets of fries and they were very unsatisfying but the manager did make it right by allowing me to come back the next day and freshly dropped fries just for me

Carmen General Manager McDonald's
950am 11/8/25. Denison hwy 75. Placed a mobile order. We got to the drive thru and gave the code they said great pull up. We got to the window and gave my code they said they could not find my order and asked if my name was Wendy. We spoke with Carmen who refused to give us our food and said I would have to cancel my order in the mobile app. It does not give me the option to cancel. I showed her the app with a receipt and the pending charge on my bank account. She said that she cant do anything. I got no refund no food and no resolution to my problem. For the general manager to say that she couldn't do anything for a 26 dollar order is completely insane to me. Edited: It's now Monday morning and my charges are complete on my bank account. Still no food. Still no refund. Still no resolution.

Very rushed and rude. I ordered 3 combos and an iced coffee. The shift manager REFUSED to give me my son’s sweet tea. I was literally holding the order in my hand and she argued with me that my iced coffee was the drink for that combo. I told her I paid for it separately and she said there was nothing to do because she couldn’t find it in the system. I held up the drive they line, showing her my receipt for a few minutes until I told her I wasn’t leaving without his drink, especially since I paid to upsize it. She finally gave it to me. This situation ruined my whole mood. Food was cold and made sloppily. Way too much sauce and not enough careful preparation. Not going to back there
