He took the time to connect with us, share small stories behind the dishes, and made the entire experience feel warm, welcoming, and memorable! And the food? Absolutely incredible. Every plate was obviously crafted with intention. Uchibā is better because they have Max as a chef. Truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Will absolutely be back!

They didn’t charge us for the ones we werent crazy about but overall for $350 I think the sushi was just good not mind blowing. Next time we will opt for happy hour which I’ve heard is a better deal. Did appreciate the complimentary valet, and service was excellent!!
