Ordered the “That Chicken Salad” and two tortilla soups for pickup and spent $47.00 — and unfortunately, the value just wasn’t there. The salad had only six small pieces of chicken, making the lettuce-to-chicken ratio pretty sad for the price. The tortilla soup was also lukewarm. The high cost just didn’t match the amount or quality of the food we received.
We’ve had much better experiences actually dining in at the restaurant, but this takeout order was definitely disappointing.

Corey was our server- service was great.
I tried the grilled portobello and the chili. That mushroom would be absolutely amazing on a steak, but it was delicious and I'll definitely get it again.
For dinner the four of us shared the smores dessert and the peanut butter pie. Holy cow it was wonderful and all 4 of us weren't able to finish the two desserts.
The inside of the restaurant is very pretty and I like that its an open kitchen concept.

The Rustic is absolutely worth experiencing at least once. It’s a uniquely Texas spot—an indoor/outdoor setup, live music on the weekends, and a menu that mixes familiar favorites with some creative twists.
Atmosphere: A
Very Texas without feeling kitschy. The live music adds to the vibe, though it can get a little loud if you’re sitting outside.
Food: B+
A mix of comfort food and inventive takes. Their “burger” is really a brisket-and-cheese stack, which works, and they’ve got easy staples like quesadillas for less adventurous eaters. Draft beer is served in a giant fishbowl-style glass. Recommend the Tupps Juice Pack.
Service: D
This is where things went sideways, and I’m hoping it was just bad timing. Our server was overwhelmed from the start—slow, flustered, and quick to blame the kitchen or “his other large table” for anything that went wrong. One entrée was completely forgotten, so most of us finished eating before it finally arrived.
Someone in our group ordered a second gin and tonic that never appeared. When a manager came out to apologize for the missing entrée, we mentioned the drink, and she got it taken care of immediately. Five minutes later, another staff member showed up with two more gin and tonics. When we said we didn’t need extras, the server and the runner started debating the mix-up right at our table—and even asked if we were sure we hadn’t ordered two more.
Fortunately, our group can laugh at chaos, so it became part of the entertainment once they walked away.

Don’t drive here unless you want car broken into or stolen! Went for lunch on a Friday and had truck broken into. Multiple trucks were broken into in broad daylight. Management is well aware of multiple break ins and thefts, but refused to install cameras or add security. Will never return

10 of us went to have dinner for my daughter’s birthday. Food was ok, service was not good. The live music was very good. Nice enough evening until we went to the parking lot to find that one of our cars along with 3 others were broken into. Broke the side window and stole everything inside. This was on a Wednesday night at 8ish o’clock! We were told from the patrol cop that this is not the first time and that they do not have any cameras even though they have recommended this to them several times. Needless to say, we will not be back.
