  SO disappointing, this popular cafe doesn't taste good at all and nothing like NYC - it's overhyped! I waited in line this morning for mediocre stale tasting pastries ugh - DON'T waste your money on these 3 that I got - the square pumpkin cube croissant , the caramel pecan croissant, and the Martha Stewart cookie. What a complete waste of my TIME and MONEY on this low quality food that I had to trash because I'm not driving back to the store for a refund smh. Trust the bad reviews here and don't be foolish enough to wait in line for this place.

  Line was out the door, BUT the service is so amazing from the greeting at the door to the person taking your order. It's really nice to see that even with all that's going on the employees are so kind and courteous. Crystal took our order and she was amazing ! The kitchen closed at 4pm so we only got drinks and baked goods. Everything was AMAZING. Big congrats to the owners, they knocked this grand opening out of the park. We will be back.

  They are definitely really busy, we waited in the line for around 20-30 minutes. However, I think this is the right approach because it ensured that we got our food in a timely manner and we could find a place to sit. If you don’t want to wait, I would recommend waiting a couple weeks until the crowd dies down. However, the pastries/coffee were SO good as well as the vibes. The workers are very kind and polite! So glad they opened one here!!!

  Long line outside but it moved really fast actually. Coffee was slow to come out so maybe they need to check on that. Food was great!!! -Breakfast sandwich was out of this world -Pistacho croissant was phenomenal -Nuted chocolate chip cookie was very good -brioche with maple and chocolate or something like that… was OK Many items in the menu that I would like to try so will be definitely going back Place is bigger than the pictures make it look so that’s a plus.

  I stopped by Maman NYC’s grand opening in Dallas today and it was a dream from start to finish — the line wrapped around the building, and the moment you step inside you’re hit with that cozy blue-and-white French provincial charm. I tried the salted tahini honey latte, pistachio croissant, chocolate chip cookie, maple laminated brioche, and the orange pistachio olive oil tea cake, and everything was genuinely delicious. The staff handled the opening-day rush with warmth, and the whole place feels like a spot you’ll want to linger in. Worth the hype and definitely worth a visit.
