Thinking since it’s the new years things will be better, I guess I was wrong. We was resorted to sit at the bar, and since we was ordering drinks we didn’t get a fair treatment like everyone else sitting at or around the bar. It was hard to get waitress attention for a simple glass of water. Just totally unsatisfied with the service. Regardless it your busy or slow, the quality of business and service should be the best.

Then, two days before the event, they informed us the reservation had to be canceled because the restaurant was being bought out for a private event. This left our team scrambling to find a new venue during one of the busiest times of the year. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. If you’re planning a large gathering, I’d be cautious—our experience showed they do not honor confirmed reservations when something more lucrative comes along. Definitely not the reliability or communication you expect when organizing an important event.
