I have a food allergy to shellfish and my girlfriend doesn’t, so they separated our food and they had many options other than shellfish, but it was a good spot, good atmosphere, nice place to come.

Its spicy, comes with smoked sausage, corn in the cob, potatoes...seasoned too good. I've also had the fried catfish(great) and some wings(just a sample). Everything hits. First place that I found that cook them necks like. Its my go to spot for that. Keep it up Dat Bayou Spot!! Salute...

Being FROM Louisiana, this is the food that I was raised on! If you are in DFW, and you are looking for some good food, make the drive.....you WON'T regret it!!!

Catfish fried golden but moist on the inside and the crawfish speaks family cooking. Great tasting food...quantity and price is never a disappointment and leaves you wanting more. Dat Bayou Spot is da spot.
