While we are I watched the managers interact with inspector and their staff. Respectful Energetic and kind. Burger for my friend was hit and perfect. My double filet was half ass cold. But I did not want to interrupt what they had going on, and it wasn't worth making a production of it, and did not want to wait. The place was VERY clean. Staff was VERY polight. We watched shift change and found the workers there to change shift seamlessly.
