Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Well it started of with me going thru the drive thru. The person helping me was not an English speaker. I had to repeat my order multiple times and somehow still got it wrong. Quality was really the worst. Some how they burned every single fry in mine and my daughters meal. So burnt that they snapped in half. Also my kid has issues with lactose. They put cheese on her meal. They gave us a tea with no ice and the tea was hot. I think if they hired English speaking Americans who speak clear this may not have happened. Maybe #ice should check this place out. Also the smell coming from service window was so foul. This place needs to be audit by corporate. I plan on going to the top with this and I'm doing my part to contact ice.

I don't know what it is about this particular Whataburger, but they just can’t seem to get the fries right no matter how many times I ask. It's always the same story—lukewarm, limp, and far from the crispy, golden fries you’d expect. I’ve even tried emphasizing that I want them fresh, hot, and right out of the fryer, but somehow they always miss the mark. It's disappointing because everything else is usually on point, but the fries? They never quite live up to the standard, and it leaves me walking away wishing they'd put just a little more effort into getting them right.

Slow slow slow. I don’t know why but this palce seems to prioritize drive thru. People are sitting on the restraint for 20-30 min waiting on a burger and fries , saw one guy finally give up and get a refund. It’s 2pm it’s not even lunch rush
Finally get my order and there no fries in the bag. Doesn’t seem like anyone is a leader here and is taking charge of things up front
