  Great service and great food. The breakfast burrito is delicious. Love being able to join the waitlist online instead of waiting at the restaurant!

  Always friendly service, but food has gone down hill. My coffee was a specialty coffee and it was room temp. Not hot, not iced. Food was okay, fried food had a old grease taste and fruit only some was fresh. Hope they get better again like they used to be.

  My husband and I came in for breakfast and were immediately met with poor service. When we entered, the hostesses were too busy chatting with each other to acknowledge or seat us. I had to interrupt their conversation to let them know we would like to be seated. Once seated, my husband ordered his meal, and I ordered avocado toast with no pico, no egg, just avocado on sourdough bread, with hashbrown casserole and turkey sausage on the side. This is a meal I order at least twice a week at the Grand Parkway Marketplace location in Spring, so I am very familiar with how it is typically prepared. When my food arrived, it was incorrect. The toast had an egg on top and an excessive amount of pepper far more than I’ve ever seen on this dish. Our server apologized and explained the egg should have come on the side. When I asked about the pepper, he took my plate and said he would have it remade. After that, we waited over 24 minutes, watching multiple tables that were seated after us receive their food, while my avocado toast never returned. At this point, my husband had already finished his entire meal. The server eventually came back and told us he had been waiting in the kitchen and did not know why the food was not being made. By then, we had been at the restaurant for nearly an hour, and I still had not received anything to eat despite the fact that this was a very simple dish. We never once saw a manager during this time, nor were we given any real explanation for the delay. Eventually, I asked to speak with a manager, and only then did one come out. He apologized and stated he had no idea what was happening in the kitchen. I ultimately told the server to forget about my meal entirely due to the excessive wait and never receiving it. While I appreciate that I was not charged for my meal, we were still charged nearly $30 for my husband’s breakfast and coffee AND my turkey sausage which felt completely unreasonable given the overall experience and lack of service. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. This location seems to have ongoing issues every time we try to eat here whether through DoorDash or dining in. Between poor customer service and problems in the kitchen, this restaurant clearly needs serious improvement. This experience was unacceptable and extremely disappointing plus the restaurant silverware was filthy.

  My family and I stopped through on a road trip and it did not disappoint. We had the Shrimp and Grits which were very flavorful and delicious. The Cali omelette which was full of fresh vegetables! The Breakfast quesadillas and cheese grits. They were all delicious. The only complaint was for the biscuit that came with the omelette I wish it was light and fluffy but it wasn’t. The service was great
