- PPPatrickNov 2, 20251.0Worst pizza hut experience ever. Ordered on the pizza hut app from 13750 N Eldridge location in Cypress TX. Some random guy shows up with our order, not a pizza hut driver, and our 2 liter was missing. As the guy's walking away he just says, "call Door dash for a refund". We didn't order from door dash, and the pizza hut website doesn't tell you that it may be delivered by a 3rd a party. Called the store and they said they would either send the drink, or refund the drink ONLY. Store sends the drink, and as we're waiting we receive a text from door dash to have $10 ready to pay the driver. Are you kidding me? By this time the food is cold, so I end up driving to the convenience store to buy our own drink, I get back, we start eating, and we're almost halfway done eating by the time the door dash person shows up with the missing drink. At least he didn't ask for the $10
