Today I decided to make the drive to a different one, and honestly, I’m glad I did. It ended up being worth the extra miles. The food came out steaming hot as you can see in the video and full of flavor. The portions were great, everything tasted fresh, and nothing felt rushed. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, which made the whole meal even better. Lori, the general manager, was out on the floor paying attention to everything checking on tables, helping her team, and making sure the place stayed in good shape even though I came at lunch time. You can tell she takes pride in how things run. Overall, the drive was worth it, the food was on point, and the service was amazing . I’ll definitely come back to this location.

We arrived just after it opeand were warmly greeted by the manager. After viewing the Menu Wall and ordering we got our drinks at the well stocked condiments bar and found a seat. The restaurant was immaculate!! Our food came piping hot and delicious! You can tell that they used fresh ingredients, expertly stir fried. Totally exceeded expectations. We boxed our leftovers and took them home- so, in fact we got 4 meals for the price of two! Such a deal! With such a well run place we can't wait to return!! Thanks Pei Wei!!!
- BBBurburdanOct 27, 20255.0I had a couple bad experiences at a Pei Wei in California so when I moved here I stayed away from the Fairfield location. However, I was craving Asian-style food again one day and gave the Fairfield location a chance. I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, smelled fresh, was quiet despite the kitchen being busy, and I received two greetings. One from the kitchen and one from the counter. The lady that helped me at the counter was great. She offered suggestions which ended up being spot on. She was also kind and patient when I was indecisive. I believe her name is Lori. If she's not a manager she should be. This was a MUCH better experience than the California location. Customer service is lacking everywhere these days but not the day I walked in here. Because of the cleanliness, the taste of the food this time, and "Lori" (I think) behind the counter, I'll be back again.
