  This place is dirty and service is awful! You have employees standing around when there are dirty tables that need attention. The floor has napkins and trash visible. Not a clean atmosphere at all!

  First time and last time at this McDonalds. It took almost 20 minutes to get my food in the drive thru. I had to go find a worker to ask about. This is what sub bacon looks like. A half a piece of bacon. No syrup, no butter, no utensils. No wonder the company sales are dramatically down.

  Worse experience at this McDonald’s! Ordered through the app and drove out of my way because it showed this location had the Boo Buckets. When I got to the first window, the cashier confirmed they had plenty. At the pick-up window, the worker asked what I ordered (even though she had a screen right in front of her) why am I doing your job? Then she said they didn’t have the Boo Buckets and called her co-worker a liar! Wow… I asked, “If there’s no Boo Buckets with the happy meal, what do I get instead? A different toy??” She shrugged and said she didn’t know, she cut me off, then said she’d get the manager. The “manager” didn’t even come to the window to talk. She literally hid behind the counter where I could only see part of her. They were talking back and forth, and I overheard the worker say they haven’t had those baskets “in a year or so,” while the manager said they do have “Halloween baskets.” YES!! McDonald’s advertises them as Boo Buckets, not “Halloween baskets.” Once that was cleared up, she handed me two small drinks. Wrong! I had to repeat my order twice. Again, why am i doing your job?? I ordered two Dasanis. My sauces were wrong as i looked in, but was too frustrated to even care and drove off. Then i realized my ranch wrap was missing. I had my child in the car, so I went back through the drive-thru instead of unloading her. The cashier told me they’d “help me in the pick-up line” why couldn’t she just walk over and hand me my missing item instead of sitting there waiting for the next car to pay? No common sense. Got to the pickup line and they asked if I got the spicy ranch wrap… my goodness, I ordered the regular one! At this point, I was beyond done. Worst customer service ever. I’ll NEVER return to this location.. not even if it were the only restaurant open during a storm. Get it together, Townelake McDonald’s! What a bad reputation of the area. And no, I’m not interested in emailing corporate or anyone else for “additional details.” This review IS the feedback. DO BETTER.

  The drive through ws bad they make wait for more than 20 minutes, and them they give the order missing item, when I back to the store and I was seeking for manager to speak with him leady came in to help me and the other lady she bought the order at the 1st time she look away and with bad smile like she knew what is happening. The feedback link not working when I submit the request (page not found )

  I wouldn't normally describe McDonald's as a top choice, but this particular location has always impressed. The employees are always very friendly, and our orders are always made as requested!
