The tables were sticky and had this oily sheen to them. 2. Most of the kiosks were broken. 3. My order was wrong. Very wrong. I showed the person who brought the food my receipt, and they started rifling through all the food in the bag with their bare, unwashed hands, trying to convince me that somehow the 3 wrong items in the bag were the 8 items that I ordered. I decided not to eat food that someone's hands touched, and politely asked for a refund. 4. The manager was very, very kind and polite. She understood and she issued the refund right away. I hope McDonalds gives this store the support it needs, because it must be stressful to work in conditions where training is lacking and resources aren't enough. We will not be back. Too expensive to risk food illness in an unclean store.
