  If they can’t get the food out they shouldn’t have 4 cars pull up and wait and keep taking orders.

  I hate the new ordering system kiosk in place. It's always better to have service staff upfront for customer service. Small service area were dirty from previous customers

  I stopped by on my way home from work due to commute being over an hour for a $7 meal and this is what I received 🙃! We must do better. I ate fries first because they were fresh and hot but really! The sandwich was hard as a brick and dry from I guess sitting. I was too far gone to turn around! Very annoying 😑! You work to hard and spend your money on something that you can't even eat! McDonald's count your day's! Off to bed I go!

  I hate to report this about this McDonald’s because I usually come here and they get everything on point but tonight they messed up my order. The young lady who took the order gave me a hard time gave me attitude. I think it’s because we did take quite some time for our code to come up on our McDonald’s app but really… is that the type of Reaction that paying customers get especially when they come to that particular McDonald’s more than once and I sing there praises. The young lady over charged me and didn’t honor my coupon for the $1 fry. The first manager I addressed came to the window with her guard up. She was barely listening to my concerns. She finally understood but then they still gave me my fries cold and soggy when I always asked for them to well done which is on the ticket. So we went back around again because they did not give us our well done fries and didn’t give us a couple of our chicken nuggets and then when we get home and I pull out the sandwiches this is what it looks like. This was the last straw. They forced me to get on here. I am so disappointed in this McDonald’s I can’t even believe this. I hope that they get their act together and that that night crew can have just as much integrity as the ones who are usually there. I will say that when I came around the second time, the male manager whoever he was, he was amazing and that’s why I gave the stars because he had a good attitude, he gave pretty good atmosphere, and he got my food right when I came around the second time. I wish I would’ve checked the sandwich though. I would of given one star if it wasn’t for him. I’ve done 25 years in restaurant. If you don’t like your job get another one. Nobody told you to work there. I’m soooooo disappointed.
