It charged my personal phone from a distance of ~10 inches, leading to an incorrect payment for 10 meals. Managerial response was terrible: 25-minute delay to assist (15 min wait for manager, 10 min ignored). Manager then refunded the wrong card, despite me clearly inserting the correct corporate card for payment. Manager refused to correct his own mistake and was extremely rude, telling us we should not be "that stupid next time." This process cost us significant time and created an accounting issue. Unprofessional service and defective equipment.

McDonald’s, DO BETTER, it’s the lack of making sure everything is cooked properly, and I’m sure yall rushed because your employees don’t know how to handle a rush. Very very disappointed and will be letting everyone know not to go to the Cuero McDonald’s for chicken sandwiches. Point I’m getting to is check all of your food before driving off!
