Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun.     Johnny Was Totally Thorough, was personable and paid attention. He was fun and kind and professional. Service like that will make me pass up a closer store to go get that amazing service again. Casey was nice and also verified the order was correct. This is a great team. We will definitely return to this location even if it is a bit out of the way.

    I honestly stopped going to this location due to always messing up my order, and tonight my wife went to see if they changed since last time and what do you Know, still messing up. People in fast food want more money yet can't add what people are asking for on a simple order. Literally all my burger is 2 patties, 2 slices of cheese, pickles and add 3 slices of bacon. I took photos after two bites because due to their incompetence I was going to share that as well but for some reason don't have the option to. Failure not just the employees but the Manager as well for not making sure their people are paying attention.
