The boiled platter was cooked right and the texture was perfect but was covered with seasoning which is overpowering and very salty- yet i could tell that the actual seafood was not boiled in well seasoned water- being a cajun tells me that this is inexperience of how to boil seafood the cajun way- make the water right and everything tastes amazing- without the need for the exterior seasoning- which a real cajun will never do.
