Call and their automated system hangs up on me 3 times. Finally get through, the manager was nice and did a reorder, did NOT tell me they were out of anything or to return the pizza we already got. Then I get a call from the store saying they are out of green peppers and pesto glaze, which they did NOT tell me the first time. Then they said it would basically just be the same order. I said okay that’s fine but one of the pizzas was still wrong. They they tell me I have to return the pizza I already got to the delivery driver and that they will deliver the new pizza is already making. I just wish communication was better about them being out of stuff and I would’ve been fine with it. Zero communication until I call and complain.
