- RCRoman CalderonNov 20, 20251.0I frequent this location and have never had a problem. On September 26,2025, I order two medium pizzas and was given the wrong delivery order. I called in to the store and was told I would get a remake and to just provide my phone number. I called in today November 20,2025, provided both of my phone numbers and was told they have no record of this but I also overheard the manager in the background saying he was not going to remake the original pizza because it had been over a week. This is not fair to penalize your customers because of your mistakes and I should have been told on the phone that there was a time limit to order. Pizza Hut has officially lost my business and I will start going back to Domino’s. Screenshot is the order that Pizza Hut claims to have no record of.
