  The floor here is extremely slippery any time there is humidity…which is all the time in Corpus! I’ve worn different shoes here and it’s always the same. Someone is going to get seriously injured soon. I see I’m not the only one complaining about this. Also, it smells like kid feet in the dining area.

  All were friendly but a bit confused in the order I placed as they could not find it in their system after paying for it. Finally got it right.

  First time at this location Staples and Yorktown....oh myyyyyyyy goodness, floor very slippery; don't know exactly why, but it felt very greasy!!! This McDonalds was very durty and play area extremely stinking; honestly I didn't feel comfortable eating here!!!!

  I have never met an even more rude manager in my life. Being a manager from experience, seirra is the worst manager possible in mcdonald's corporation and needs to be let go immediately.

  The only reason why I gave this the stars that I gave it wasn't because the guy that took our order over the microphone, it was because the lady that was handing us, our order told me that I had two different meals when I did not have those meals.I had my receipt that said differently than what she was saying.Yes, she made a mistake, but she was a little rude about the way she made it.As a business owner.It's not a good look.I'm not saying the customer is always right.Because lord knows i'm not always right.But there is a way to talk to customers as I was being polite.And just explaining to her exactly what my order was and handed her.The receipt and she pushed the receipt back to me and said, my mistake have a nice evening goodbye, very rudely
