Ordered ahead on the app, wait awhile at the counter and waited, have to wait for the bathroom to get "unlocked", person that was behind the counter had a attitude and had no McDonald's markings/uniform. And dirty tables. Took exactly 20 min to get the order (burger, value frys, 4pc nuggets ,and 2 drinks)

I went through the drive-thru and then parked to eat. My nuggets were dry, didn’t complain. I went inside to use the bathroom and they were locked. There’s a sign saying the bathrooms are for customers only which I understand, but seeing as I am a customer I asked the cashier if she could open the bathroom and she said yes, I will. I stood by the bathroom and waited and waited and waited. I go back to the front and she was just standing there, clearly never had intention on opening the bathroom for me. Wasn’t the worst experience, but being ignored definitely didn’t make my experience good. I’ll find somewhere else to eat with better customer service.

I ordered 2 pumpkin pies with my order tonight and the people working took forever looking at their screen 5 times and looking into the bag double checking something so I figured they could get it right and I had what I ordered…. Get home I had one apple pie not 2 pumpkin crème pies that I paid for. How is that hard? Tell me you don’t have it and don’t charge me if you can’t deliver. Now I’m home and don’t want to go back over there and I have not what I ordered and paid for but they won’t answer their phones or anything…. Thanks guys for the diligence really impressed lol

Burgers came out cold with hard bread and so did our nuggets, when I told the manager Stella, she continued to argue that she made it fresh. I was the only one in the drive thru and the food was still horrible.
