    During the time of living next to this location for the past 3 years it has been the worst experience from this chain. You rarely get food from the drive thru window and are sent doing a tight carousel through the parking lot feeding back into the very line you already waited in. We are usually missing things out of our order. And the amount of times ive been skipped in their drive thru because they dont know how to A B the 2 lanes properly is insane. This location needs a new GM, manager, assets, etc. I doubt this location would pass any kind of inspection this fast food chain expects from its day to day operations. Haven't gotten sick so giving 2 stars instead of 1.

    Did not get all of our order, missing chicken sandwich, one happy meal was supposed to have extra fries and no apple slices. Had to ask about the missing drink, and the drive thru workers were extremely rude.

    Workers were rude when we brought up they forgot a drink. Then we leave and start taking out our food and a third of our order was missing.

    Didn't have carbonated soda. No option to refund. The manager lied to me and said I have to go through the app for a refund. The app says to go to the location. No help from anyone. And im out $3
