  I get that it was the lunch rush, but they had what looked like 3 managers and nobody managing. They had nobody working the counter, 2 people running food outside and I had to stop someone just to ask for my cup and got an eye roll and a huff as they did so. I get that drive thru and curbside are important, but the people inside your store actually watching you should be just as important. Myself and at least 3 others waited as much as 15 minutes for our food. That would be great if I'm at a steakhouse, but not fast food.

  This has to be the worst managed McDonald's in Corpus Christi. I placed a mobile order and 35 minutes past without receiving my food after being told to go to spot 2. I had to get down and talk to a manager in order to get my order. They obviously gave my order to someone else. They didn't bother to give me fresh food, when I got home down the road the food was cold. When I was waiting to get my order, I saw the workers just tossing the food in the bag and getting refills from the fountain drink repeatedly. Everyone working there seemed like they had attitude and didn't want to be there. I will never go to this McDonald's ever again. Drive further down spid for a different one. Whoever is the franchise owner of this McDonald's needs to be aware of their employees driving business away.

  Waited at the register, but was never greeted, even when someone walked up to register, they looked at me and walked away. Very sad, poor management here, bet the food is horrible as well (no care about themselves, people, or quality of work they provide)

  At this point why even have a 24 hour store? The employees do not want to work and management allows this after 9pm. I turn my car off in drive thru. Fire everyone and just close the store at 9pm for the sorry slackers who NEED a job but can’t comprehend the trade of DO AS I PAY. With no costumers, no money to be made so no paychecks to hand out. The damn machines make up to 15 patties per 3 minutes. How bad could you not keep that in rotation to feed double cheese burgers while a box of nuggets carries 40 nuggets per bag ! Four bags a box, for 5 minutes to cook. <<<<< all this while waiting in line for 15 mins for an employee to say “I’ll be right with you”. I used the mobile app, can’t even get my prepaid food.

  The two times I've been there, poor customer service, waiting time long and store very slappy. And customers complaining about the staff..
