I proceeded to the drive-through where I was told by the manager that she was canceling my order because the McFlurry was not available. I proceeded to go inside and ask to speak with her. Asking why I couldnt have the food portion of my meal. She could not give me an answer other than that I would be refunded after a day since my order was not technically picked up. I asked her, so I dont get to get food? And she told me I would have to re-order if I wanted food. I went to another McDonalds after this and they said there was more that she could have done. She offered no remedy and I am so disappointed in this store.
