People have bad days that's not on the workers at all.But think past the simple mistake, some people are picking up meals for a family and then when they get home they're missing food more than likely like in my case the driver will be the one having to come home after a long day and then having to eat cold food because of this simple mistake. I would never go back to this restaurant. When people make mistakes I'm pretty easy just a simple oops sorry some kind of feeling that they are taking accountability for making a mistake no matter how simple it was but instead they're not even sure if you're lying to them or not and then just hand you the missing food like no big deal at all no thought behind it at this point I'm too angry to even explain my situation all I know is I'm not going back definitely not to this McDonald's
