    The McDonald's on Morgan doesn't allow patrons to charge their phones.Also when I ordered at the kiosk it didn't inform the counter of my order and I had to reorder at the counter

    Late night going here is sometimes a sour experience. They leave the cashier alone and she gets swamped with orders, and you can see her mood change. Her reaction to the experience is understandable, but it leads to a negative time for everyone

While I understand mistakes happen, the process to resolve it requires contacting Uber Eats or DoorDash directly, which is a bit frustrating for something simple. I hope this location double-checks orders before handing them off to delivery partners to prevent this in the future.

    Curbside and drive thru always takes way too long and something always comes out wrong. Today I waited 30 minutes for my order and the food was cold, I was missing items and some items were wrong. When I tried to call the store the line was “busy” but I’m sure this is a way to not answer calls because I tried multiple times.
