    It always takes 20-30 minutes no matter how you place your order be it online drive thru or in store. I don't understand why it take so long no matter how many people are working or sitting in the drive thru. Literally can be only 4 vehicles in the drive thru and it still takes forever.

    I've lived in Flour Bluff since 2006 and this is MY McDonald's. There's never been a problem until about a month ago. When I have to back out of the drive thru and go inside, just to wait another 30 minutes, that's a problem. I went there today to get a McRib and I saw both drive thru lines were backed up and not moving. I had no choice but to eat somewhere else. I'm going to call the corporate phone number

    Service is the worst!! I always order online and even still they take forever!! I have gone in and employment just ignored me until I spoke up to ask for help

    This location must be struggling because every time you go here they leave out one item. If you go through the drive through just go ahead and pull into a spot because you're missing an item. I guarantee it.
