Stood at meat counter for 20min-asked for a manager - he did nothing but page the crew who had a sign saying they’d be back. 10min later a young lady named Adrina who needs a raise came asked me if I needed assistance and assisted me with the slab of salmon on sale. Y’all need better managers and it should be adrina jones! The stars are for her! 2:48 I was done and no one in sight

Tom thumb is always clean , prices you have to be careful , about the staff , they do their best, but at nighttime there is only one maybe two human beings, its a shame these huge corporations don’t give jobs , other stores like Winco , HEB DO HAVE staffs, I really don’t feel to come back here. NOT THE ONE PERSON STAFFS fault, this store is inhuman.

I've noticed that it's quite common for the prices on the receipt not to match the advertised prices. When I brought this to customer service today, the representative who assisted me—a white woman—was unfortunately quite rude. I understand that pricing errors happen, but it's not the customer's fault when the system isn't updated correctly.
Customer service exists to help resolve these issues in a respectful and professional manner. I generally enjoy shopping here because most of the staff are kind and helpful. However, today's experience felt out of the ordinary—perhaps she was having a rough afternoon.
I hope this feedback helps improve consistency in service. I always choose to shop where I feel valued and treated with respect. Wishing her all the best!
