Completely ridiculous and I would recommend avoiding pickup at any Albertsons or Tom Thumb, particularly this one. Things understandably happen, but it's ridiculous that it's so difficult to get refunded for items not received. The rare times I've had issue with H-E-B pickup, the remedy was easy and efficient, which is far from the case here.
