Delivery driver came to the door and delivered the pizza (I would like to add that the delivery driver was a grown middle aged woman— not a teenager). I didn’t include a tip because I was charged a delivery fee and obviously I would assume the delivery fee would go to the driver. The driver then came back to my door after delivering the pizza to “thank me for the tip”. Absolutely unacceptable. I’m sorry I don’t have extra money to shell out a tip to the driver. Money has been especially tight as of recently and this was supposed to be a treat for my children. It is not my problem that your company is too cheap to give you the delivery fee and I’m frankly shocked at this behavior from a fully grown woman. Ridiculous. Pizza was cold, will not be ordering from this location ever again.
